Cyclists

I can't understand why it is illegal for me to obstruct traffic by driving 5mph down the road in my car but perfectly legal for bicyclists to do it at the same speed. We have parks for them to ride in yet they dress as if they think they're in the goddamn Tour de France and set off to terrorize the town. The streets they're holding hostage are busy 2-lane roads. Not only are they putting themselves in danger, they are putting anyone who tries to pass them as well as cars in the opposing lane in danger as well. For a hobby. In a perfect world, people would wait until they could safely pass and do so. In reality, these asshole hobbyists ride in the center of the lane and the onslaught of oncoming traffic makes it nearly impossible to pass.

These aren't people going to work.  It's too hot here to ride a bike or walk.  You won't get anywhere without being soaked in sweat.  I can understand wanting to get in shape, but not holding up a line of 70 cars.  I'm not exaggerating here, I have seen cars held up for miles because of one bicycle.  While I don't throw things at them, apparently it's illegal to yell at them as well.  What are you, 10 years old?  Ride around your neighborhood or go to a gym, jackass.
